Dermillusion Beauty Co. Studio Policies

Appointments:

Scheduling: We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment or training session to ensure you receive the full service. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or training session to accommodate other clients.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeit of booking deposit if applicable.

Safety and Hygiene:

Health Conditions: Please inform your technician or instructor of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment or training session. This helps us provide you with a safe and customized service.

Cleanliness: Our studio adheres to strict sanitation and hygiene standards. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between clients and students.

Services and Payments:

Pricing: Prices for services  may vary based on the complexity of the treatment. You will be informed of the cost before the service.

Payment: We accept cash, etransfer and major credit cards for services. Payment is due at the time of service.
